Exchanges

2. The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Request an Exchange

If your product meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

2. Attach photos or videos clearly showing the fault.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
   
4. The Exchange can take up to 10-14 days.

Important Notes

• Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a similar product or a store credit.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
